BA Y3 Semester 2: Place of therapy and mind

This brief looks into residential buildings with startup business spaces. These buildings would have two types of facades: straw bale facade with recycled paper insulation and earth plaster facade with straw bale insulation.  

 

The buildings and their surrounding would be created to bring people together, spend time making gardening compositions, holding workshops, having a cup of organic tea, and sharing ideas or knowledge with each other. It has different zones: gardening, workshop, private and public (shops and cafe) spaces. There are also mixed zones like a playground for kids and offices which can be rented by people who live and work there.
